Benefits
Compensation: $36,000–$60,000 USD annual base salary with total on-target earnings up to $90,000 in your first year

What Youll Do
- Build authentic relationships with diverse iGaming clients, from sportsbooks and betting apps to DFS platforms and gaming communities
- Lead weekly client calls where you'll review performance across their entire marketing ecosystem
- Translate complex marketing data into clear, actionable business recommendations
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure organic, paid, email, and funnel strategies are aligned
- Be available when clients need you, even outside standard 9–5 hours
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities and pitch new services based on client needs
- Win back lost clients by maintaining warm relationships and timing outreach with the right pitch
- Spot hidden opportunities across marketing channels that could accelerate growth
Who You Are
- You understand sports betting or iGaming, either through professional experience or personal usage of platforms like sportsbooks, DFS, or casino apps
- You understand performance marketing: CAC, LTV, CRO, paid media, lifecycle, and how they connect
- You're confident leading conversations with founders and CMOs without hiding behind jargon
- You're personable, savvy, and naturally build trust with high-level clients
- You're quick with data and skilled at turning it into smart recommendations
- You thrive in fast-moving, high-performance environments without needing a playbook

- You genuinely care about the iGaming space and keep up with trends
- You understand how growth loops work across paid, organic, and email
- You adapt your style to fit each client personality
- You take initiative and figure things out without waiting to be told
- You enjoy client-facing work and helping them succeed
- You're comfortable managing multiple accounts at once
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in startup or fast-moving agency environments
- Existing network within the betting or gaming ecosystem
- Prior experience with CRM or account management platforms (HubSpot, Monday, etc.)
What Success Looks Like
Within 30 days: You've built strong rapport with your accounts and are confidently leading client calls
Within 60 days: You're providing strategic recommendations that result in upsells or growth milestones
Within 90 days: You've helped win back at least one former client and are driving retention across your book
