Challenge they faced

Meta Signals came to Valiant with a unique paradox: they had a world-class product with a proven 65% win rate, $1.5M in R&D investment, and backing from two of crypto's most trusted educators – Eric Krown and Crypto Zombie. They'd generated millions in revenue via Key Opinion Leaders from just $40K in marketing spend, with 1,200 lifetime NFT holders and 8,000 Discord members. But they had three critical problems that prevented them from scaling beyond organic mentions: First, they were trying to convert cold traffic to a $3,000 NFT purchase in an industry where 99% of "signal services" are outright scams. Every crypto trader has been burned before, and the default assumption is that all alerts services exist to take your money and disappear. Second, their marketing infrastructure was fragmented. A 5,000-person email list sat dormant with sporadic sends and no strategic cadence. Social media presence was inconsistent. Previous paid advertising attempts had generated zero measurable results. They had the pieces of a marketing engine but no system connecting them. Third, they needed to sell 800 remaining NFTs before a March countdown expired – but had no conversion-focused funnels, no ad creative library, no email automation, and no systematic approach to overcoming the fundamental objection: "If your system works, why would you ever share it?" The challenge wasn't just building marketing assets. It was architecting an entire ecosystem that could build trust at scale, justify a $3,000 purchase to skeptical traders, and position Meta Signals as the anti-guru exception in a predatory industry.

What we’ve done

When Meta Signals came to Valiant, they had credibility and product-market fit but no scalable acquisition system. Our job was to transform scattered tactics into a unified marketing machine capable of converting cold skeptics into $3K NFT buyers.

We started with strategic positioning. In an industry drowning in fake Lamborghinis and exit scams, we developed Meta Signals' "anti-guru" positioning: radical transparency, data over hype, and acknowledgment of industry skepticism as a competitive advantage. We built comprehensive audience segmentation across three trader profiles – Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced – each with distinct pain points, objections, and conversion paths. The core messaging framework addressed the elephant in the room directly: "You're right to be skeptical. Here's why we're different." Every piece of creative would lead with the objection, not hide from it.

Next, we architected the email infrastructure. We designed nine strategic campaigns to reactivate the dormant 5,000-person list, including a five-email reactivation sequence ("We Need to Talk About Crypto Signals"), NFT countdown campaigns escalating urgency, educational series building authority without selling, and social proof campaigns featuring Eric Krown and member testimonials. Each email was engineered to move skeptical traders through a trust-building journey before asking for the sale.

Then we built the creative production engine. We developed and filmed eight video ad concepts testing different psychological angles: "The 600 Chart Problem" (capacity limitations), "Eric Krown's Methodology at Scale" (authority borrowing), "We Show the Losses Too" (transparency differentiation), "Should've Bought" (FOMO/scarcity), and testimonial-driven social proof. Each video was scripted to acknowledge skepticism first, provide proof second, and offer low-risk verification (free Discord) before the $3K ask. We created eight static ad variations across five campaign themes – data visualization proving the 65% win rate, problem/solution visuals, authority builders featuring Eric Krown, urgency/scarcity countdown graphics, and transparent results showcases.

We designed the social media content system. Rather than random posting, we created a 3x/ daily tweet framework across five content pillars: Educational Content (40%), Performance & Transparency (25%), Social Proof & Community (20%), Product Updates (10%), and Engagement Building (5%). We produced the first 10 tweets to establish voice and cadence, with replicable templates for sustained execution. The strategy positions Meta Signals as a thought leader and data source, not just an alert service – building credibility that compounds over time.

Finally, we built the conversion infrastructure. We designed two distinct landing pages optimized for different traffic temperatures. The warm traffic page (Eric Krown-centric) assumes awareness and drives directly to NFT purchase with countdown urgency, social proof, and Eric's endorsement prominent. The cold traffic page (education-first) takes skeptical newcomers through a complete education journey: problem acknowledgment, solution explanation, transparent results, credibility proof, and low-risk Discord verification before introducing the $3K offer. Both pages include heat mapping and session recording for continuous optimization.

By launch, Meta Signals had transformed from a product with organic traction into a complete marketing ecosystem – strategic positioning that turns skepticism into differentiation, email infrastructure that nurtures cold leads into buyers, social presence that builds authority daily, creative library testing multiple conversion angles, and funnels engineered specifically for high-ticket cold traffic conversion in a low-trust industry.
