Wealth Group
Wealth Group is a U.S.-based crypto trading community with over 4,000 paying members, widely recognized as the number one group on Whop and backed by years of proven transparency. Competing in an industry full of fly-by-night gurus and short-lived promises, Wealth Group set out to position itself not just as another signal provider, but as the cultural hub of crypto, the "Barstool Sports of Crypto", while building a scalable engine for long-term member acquisition, retention, and credibility.
Wealth Group had already built a reputation as one of the top groups on Whop, with a loyal core of veteran traders and thousands of members. But their marketing presence didn't match the quality of what was happening inside the Discord. Social channels were active but inconsistent, their email list sat largely untapped, and their brand looked scattered across platforms. Without a cohesive content strategy, optimized email campaigns, or a premium brand presence, growth was hitting a ceiling. They needed a marketing engine that could sustain their ambition and elevate their image to match the caliber of traders already inside.

When we partnered with Wealth Group in Q3 2024, the goal was clear: elevate the brand to match the quality of the community inside. That meant building a professional system around content, email, and paid acquisition that could scale without losing authenticity.
We started with brand elevation. Wealth Group's visual identity was refined around a sharp black and gold aesthetic that felt premium, mysterious, and distinctly crypto. Every touchpoint, from social posts to email headers to website sections, reinforced this look, creating instant brand recognition in a space flooded with low-effort competitors.

Next came the website rebuild. We launched wealthgroup.ai on Framer with a premium dark design, clear value propositions, and strategic social proof throughout. Member testimonials, trader performance data, and transparent results were front and center, giving prospects a polished digital home that converted at scale.
Content became the growth engine. We established a system: 28 social deliverables per month across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts, plus 8 ad creatives for paid campaigns. Dal became the face of the brand, leading the Crypto Game series that blended humor, storytelling, and real trading breakdowns. Individual episodes pulled 20K to 35K views, with comments full of traders debating strategies and tagging friends. Alongside this, we produced market news breakdowns, memes, and lifestyle content. Within months, Wealth Group hit 176K+ views per month with 3%+ engagement rates, turning social into a reliable acquisition channel.

Email transformed from dormant to dominant. We segmented Wealth Group's list by behavior—new sign-ups, active traders, dormant accounts, cancellations—and built tailored journeys for each. Welcome flows onboarded new members, reactivation campaigns brought back dormant users, and cancellation journeys offered save discounts. We also launched four monthly campaigns: market news, trade recaps, educational content, and CTAs for streams and courses.

The Halloween campaign proved the system worked. One email, 20 conversions at $155 each, $3,100 in revenue. Over six months, we delivered 192,000 emails with a 49% open rate and 2.2% click-to-open rate—more than double the industry standard. Email became one of the most reliable revenue drivers in the ecosystem.
Paid acquisition completed the funnel. We launched campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads with 8 fresh creatives per month. Ads targeted pain points—scams, gurus, inconsistent results—while retargeting kept engaged users in the loop. The system consistently delivers 406,000+ impressions per month, reinforcing credibility and keeping Wealth Group visible in a noisy market.

By targeting high-intent crypto audiences and retargeting churned members, we drove profitable conversions that extended beyond the waitlist funnel.
Together, these systems transformed Wealth Group’s growth trajectory. Instead of relying on word of mouth and exclusivity alone, they now had a repeatable acquisition, engagement, and retention machine, one that could support their ambition to become the “Barstool Sports of Crypto.”
A major milestone was the launch of wealthgroup.ai, the new website we designed and developed. Instead of looking like just another Discord link, Wealth Group now had a polished, premium digital home that reflected its status as the market leader. The site showcased testimonials, live proof, trader tools, and a clean funnel that guided prospects from curiosity to conversion. It gave the brand credibility outside of Whop, positioned them as the “Barstool Sports of Crypto,” and gave their campaigns a destination that could actually convert at scale.
By the end of the first stretch, Wealth Group wasn’t just the biggest crypto community on Whop, it was a brand with a sustainable growth engine. Every channel worked together. Short-form video fed the funnel. Email kept members engaged and reduced churn. Paid acquisition brought in high-intent sign-ups. And the new site tied the entire journey together. The result was not just short-term growth, but the infrastructure to push past 5,000 paying members and define what the future of crypto communities should look like.

Since partnering in Q3 2024, Wealth Group has transformed from scattered marketing to a polished brand with systems that scale. Content drives awareness, email retains members, ads fill the funnel, and the website converts. The infrastructure is built, and we continue to refine and scale their growth engine month after month.
