247 Terminal had the technology that serious crypto traders needed – institutional-grade news execution speed at retail prices, multi-exchange integration, and millisecond-level trade execution previously reserved for professional desks. But they had a critical gap: no marketing infrastructure. They had an early-stage product, 250 customers from organic YouTube mentions, and a basic landing page without conversion optimization. No strategic positioning. No paid acquisition system. No compelling creative assets. No Video Sales Letter. No tested messaging frameworks. And the timeline was unforgiving – Black Friday was weeks away. The real challenge wasn't just speed. It was building credibility and social proof around a product still in its early go-to-market phase while competing against established trading platforms with years of market presence and massive marketing budgets. They needed to position a technical product in a way that would resonate with retail traders without oversimplifying the institutional-grade capabilities that made it valuable.

What we’ve done

When 247 Terminal came to Valiant, they had sophisticated technology but no path to market. Our job was to build the paid advertising go-to-market foundation from scratch.

We started with strategy. We developed a comprehensive marketing plan that positioned 247 Terminal's core differentiator: the "400-millisecond advantage" that separates retail from institutional trading. Through deep market analysis of the trading terminal landscape – from Bloomberg's $30,000/year institutional offerings to inadequate retail solutions – we identified the positioning gap. We created detailed audience segmentation across three trader profiles (Aspiring Traders, Active Traders, and Committed Traders) and built messaging frameworks that translated technical superiority into tangible trading advantages.

Next, we built their conversion system. We designed a complete landing page paired with a full Video Sales Letter engineered to transform cold traffic into ready to purchase customers. The VSL focused on exposing the speed disadvantage facing retail traders, using technical proof points, speed demonstrations, and infrastructure comparisons to establish credibility. Every element – from the opening pattern-interrupt to the final call-to-action – was designed to position 247 Terminal as the bridge between retail accessibility and institutional capability.

Then we produced their creative arsenal. With zero existing assets, we created 13 ad campaigns from scratch, developing five distinct messaging angles: Speed & Infrastructure Focus (demonstrating the brutal reality of execution delays), Technical Superiority Focus (showcasing professional-grade technology), Market Evolution Focus (documenting how infrastructure requirements have evolved), Problem-Solution Focus (addressing critical gaps causing trader failure), and Social Proof & Results Focus (chronicling transformation stories). We scripted video concepts, onboarded and directed a spokesperson to become the brand's voice, and produced static creatives with data-driven proof points.

Finally, we built the testing framework. We created multiple hook variations, copy angles, and audience targeting parameters designed for aggressive testing once campaigns went live.

By Black Friday, 247 Terminal had transformed from a technical product with a basic page into a complete marketing system ready for paid acquisition – strategic positioning, conversion-optimized funnels, professional creative assets, and a scalable testing framework that would allow them to find winning campaigns and scale profitably.
