TWIN$NWIN$ is the sports betting brand founded by NBA veterans Markieff and Marcus Morris. Known for their impact on the court, the Morris twins set out to create a betting community that blended their personalities, insights, and fan base with expert picks and entertainment. With millions of followers and household recognition, the opportunity was clear — but they needed to turn their influence into a professional brand that could compete in a crowded sports betting market.
The Morris twins had the name recognition, but not yet the infrastructure. Their brand presence was limited to a Whop page with no standalone identity. They lacked a polished website, consistent content engine, and scalable marketing strategy. Legal and reputational concerns also meant they had to tread carefully, ensuring their NBA fan base wasn’t alienated while entering the betting space.Most importantly, they needed to convert their massive following into a loyal, paying community — not just one-off clicks, but sustained membership growth backed by professional systems.

Valiant’s work with the Morris twins began with a complete focus on brand-building. The starting point was a full branding package for TWIN$NWIN$, including a custom-designed logo, banners, and a visual identity system that created separation from the twins’ personal NBA brands while giving their betting venture a professional, standalone presence. This identity gave fans a clear way to recognize the community and reassured partners that the brand was being built with long-term credibility in mind.

From there, we designed and developed a custom-built website tailored to TWIN$NWIN$. The site mirrored the polish of major industry leaders while maintaining the twins’ personality and authenticity. It included modern animations, mobile-first responsiveness, and intuitive navigation. To support monetization, we integrated Whop checkout directly onto the site, along with Intercom for live customer support. Dedicated pages showcased the team, community success stories, picks, partnerships, and testimonials, ensuring new visitors immediately understood the value of joining. With strong positioning like “The Gold Standard in Sports Betting” paired with dynamic visuals of the Discord in action, the site moved the brand beyond a simple Whop link into a polished hub for growth.

We then built a content engine designed around consistency and storytelling. Each month, our team produced more than 20 short-form videos, 4 full podcast episodes, and over 20 podcast clips, repurposed across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and X. Content themes included free picks, breakdowns of upcoming games, real-time reactions to bets, and meme-driven clips designed for viral reach. By combining the twins’ personalities with betting education and entertainment, the content funneled audiences toward the Discord while reinforcing the credibility of the brand. Clips regularly reached tens of thousands of viewers, showing how well the twins’ established fan base translated into betting-focused engagement.

To accelerate growth, we launched multi-platform paid advertising campaigns. Prospecting efforts focused on NBA fans, sports bettors, and daily fantasy players, while retargeting converted warm audiences who had already engaged with content or visited the website. Ads were built around humor, storytelling, proof of value, and limited-time promos, with rapid A/B testing cycles to find the best-performing creatives. Within weeks, these campaigns began generating consistent traffic and sign-ups, with acquisition costs kept efficient through a mix of optimized targeting and the twins’ name recognition.
The execution was hands-on and collaborative. We maintained weekly strategy calls with the twins to align priorities, daily Discord chats with their team to manage campaign flow, and ongoing creative planning to keep content timely with live sports.
