FXIFY Futures
FXIFY Futures entered the market with ambition: to become the most trusted futures prop firm in a crowded and skeptical space. Despite already being part of a well-established conglomerate and having paid out more than $30 million on their CFD brand, the futures product was starting from scratch. Their website and funnel lacked polish, their email marketing was fragmented, and their social presence was virtually nonexistent. Traders didn’t yet know why FXIFY Futures should be the firm they trusted.
FXIFY Futures had credibility but no voice. Traders in this market are highly skeptical, scarred by past experiences with firms that change rules, delay payouts, or disappear overnight. FXIFY’s DMCC regulatory license and $30M+ payout track record should have made them a clear leader, but without consistent marketing, those strengths weren’t cutting through. Their ad campaigns were poorly targeted, their email list bloated with spam, and their organic presence didn’t reflect their ambition of being a top-three futures prop firm. They needed a partner who could unify strategy, content, and execution to build trust at scale.

When FXIFY Futures entered the market, they were already operating in one of the most competitive spaces in trading. The fundamentals were strong, backed by a credible parent brand with $30M+ in verified payouts, but Futures was brand new and needed more than a landing page to stand out. Our role was to build the full growth engine that would establish trust, create awareness, and generate real traction.

The first focus was email. FXIFY had thousands of traders in their database, but without structure it was difficult to communicate effectively. We streamlined and segmented the list into clear groups: funded vs. failed traders, active vs. dormant, free vs. paying. Then we built more than ten automated journeys around those stages. From welcome and onboarding sequences to challenge resets, loyalty campaigns, and win-back offers, each flow was designed to meet traders where they were in the journey. Within four months, open rates consistently topped 30 percent, click rates drove thousands back to the funnel, and email became one of the most reliable revenue levers for the brand.

Next, we built their social presence from scratch. Futures traders live on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and X, so we launched a UGC-style content strategy that blended transparency, education, and virality.

Campaigns like “AI vs. Human Trader” and “Pass or Cap?” created shareable moments, while credibility posts highlighted weekly payouts, milestone achievements, and side-by-side comparisons against competitors.
In just four months, this drove more than 165,000 impressions, 7,300+ engagements, and engagement rates averaging 5 percent, nearly double industry benchmarks.
Content and email were then stitched together with a funnel that made the trader journey seamless. Awareness came through short-form videos and credibility graphics. Engagement flowed through ManyChat automations, Discord invitations, and newsletters.
Conversion was supported by retargeting ads and automated email sequences. Retention came through challenge reset offers and loyalty incentives.
And advocacy was encouraged with testimonials, trader spotlights, and referral loops. Instead of scattered tactics, FXIFY Futures now had a repeatable pipeline from discovery to funded trader.
Finally, we scaled into paid advertising with a positioning-first approach. In a market where trust is everything, we focused creatives and copy on proof: their DMCC license, their broker backing, and $30M+ in publicly verified payouts.
Instead of relying on one or two formats, we built a full creative library with more than 50 assets across videos, graphics, and memes. Some leaned into UGC-style videos that felt native to TikTok and Instagram, others were credibility-driven graphics showing payouts and rules, and memes gave us a cultural angle that traders naturally engaged with. This variety allowed us to test rapidly, double down on what worked, and avoid fatigue.
Ads ran across Meta and TikTok, balancing reach with retargeting, and consistently drove cost-efficient conversions while reinforcing FXIFY Futures as one of the most credible futures prop firms in the market.
By August 2025, FXIFY Futures had gone from a standing start to 327,000+ impressions across social and email, 8,400+ engagements, consistent 30 percent open rates, and engagement metrics strong enough to carve out legitimacy in a hyper-competitive space. More importantly, they now had the foundation to scale toward their goals by year’s end, not through gimmicks, but through trust, transparency, and consistent execution.
