Juice Reel entered our partnership with a strong product and loyal user base, but their marketing system had gaps. Monthly active users plateaued around 30K, retention was slipping as casual users churned, and most growth came from social buzz without structured campaigns behind it. Email marketing was especially underbuilt: campaigns were inconsistent, design lacked polish, and lifecycle journeys were nearly absent. On the social side, their content was educational but not consistently packaged for virality or conversion. The challenge was clear — build a full-funnel growth engine that could increase retention, convert free users into paid, and expand reach in a crowded sports betting market.

In parallel, we expanded Juice Reel’s social footprint through short-form content. We designed and launched multiple flagship series, each crafted for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. “No Cap” exposed misinformation in the betting industry and positioned Juice Reel as the voice of transparency. “Bad Beat Awareness” highlighted common pitfalls and tied them back to platform features that helped users avoid those mistakes. “Sharp vs. Mush” contrasted the strategies of disciplined bettors with reckless behavior in a way that was both educational and entertaining. Each series combined humor, education, and virality, making the brand not only visible but respected in a space where credibility is often scarce.

All of this was tied together through a cycle of testing, reporting, and iteration. Every week, we reviewed campaign and content performance, digging into what resonated and what did not. When meme-driven posts and high-energy explainers spiked engagement, we leaned in with more of the same. When certain hooks fell flat, we refined them and relaunched quickly. This closed-loop process kept momentum high and made sure we were compounding wins rather than repeating mistakes.
