What Youll Do

  • Automate company operations using Monday.com API, Zapier, and Make.com
  • Build custom integrations between our marketing stack and client systems
  • Implement and optimize pre-made website designs on WordPress, Webflow, or Framer
  • Write scripts to scrape websites for potential sales leads and data enrichment
  • Maintain existing Discord bots and WordPress websites
  • Create automated reporting systems that save the team hours weekly
  • Build client onboarding workflows that reduce manual touchpoints
  • Develop lead generation systems that scale with our growth

Who You Are

  • You have 1+ years of experience as a software engineer or automation specialist
  • You're experienced with the Monday.com API, Zapier, and Make.com
  • You know HTML, CSS, and JavaScript inside and out
  • You can turn automation ideas into working systems quickly
  • You're comfortable with WordPress, Webflow, or Framer
  • You can build website scrapers and data collection scripts
  • You thrive in fast-moving environments where efficiency matters
  • You communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical team members

  • You love solving problems with code and automation
  • You see manual processes and immediately think "this could be automated"
  • You understand marketing operations and how technology can accelerate growth
  • You're willing to wear multiple hats as we scale
  • You take ownership of systems and make sure they stay running smoothly

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with 3rd party APIs (Stripe, HubSpot, etc.)
  • UI/UX design skills and experience with Figma
  • Background in marketing or growth operations
  • Knowledge of finance or iGaming industries

What Success Looks Like

Within 30 days: You've audited our current automation stack and identified key improvement opportunities

Within 60 days: You've built and deployed automated systems that are saving the team 10+ hours per week

Within 90 days: You've created scalable automation frameworks that support our rapid growth
