What Youll Do

• Write compelling emails that convert, drive sales, and generate revenue
• Collaborate with graphic designers and email marketing managers to create well-thought-out email campaigns
• Write compelling subject lines and calls-to-action that drive engagement and conversions
• Adapt writing style and tone to fit different audiences and businesses
• Continuously evaluate and improve copy based on performance metrics and feedback
• Conduct thorough research on industry trends, target audience, and competitors to ensure copy is relevant and effective
• Work closely with other marketers to ensure email marketing campaigns align with client strategies and brand visions

Who You Are

• You have 2+ years of experience as an email marketing copywriter or marketing copywriter
• You're willing to commit to working full-time exclusively for our company
• You have experience with email marketing campaigns and tools
• You have a deep understanding of what copywriting will generate conversions with email campaigns
• You have experience copywriting for SaaS businesses, online communities, or other digital services
• You're fluent in English and capable of writing compelling copy
• You understand email deliverability and compliance requirements

What Success Looks Like

Within 30 days: You're consistently writing emails that get approved without revisions and align with each client's brand voice

Within 60 days: Your email copy is driving measurable improvements in open rates, click rates, and conversions

Within 90 days: You're contributing to significant revenue growth through your email campaigns and are trusted with high-priority client communications
