What Youll Do
- Design high-converting ad creatives for Meta, Google, TikTok, and other paid platforms
- Create static ads, carousel ads, and display banners for iGaming and finance clients
- Collaborate with media buyers and copywriters to create cohesive ad campaigns
- Design landing page graphics and promotional materials
- A/B test different design approaches to optimize conversion rates
- Maintain brand consistency across all paid advertising materials
- Stay current with platform ad specifications and design requirements
- Create scalable design systems for rapid campaign deployment

What Youll Do
- Run the entire interview process from start to finish for all roles across iGaming and finance
- Host screening interviews to filter out candidates who aren't a fit for our high-performance culture
- Conduct grading interviews to evaluate background and experience against role criteria
- Send out challenge requests and coordinate scheduling of final interviews
- Develop and optimize our recruiting, interviewing, and prospecting processes
- Grade new applications and maintain a clean candidate pipeline
- Message candidates and schedule interviews in a timely manner
- Write and post job descriptions across multiple platforms
- Proactively headhunt candidates from marketing agencies, LinkedIn, Upwork, Twitter, Instagram, and beyond
- Conduct background checks and vet candidates thoroughly
- Build and maintain an organized, engaged talent pool that we can easily hire from

- You've run end-to-end recruiting processes before in a fast-paced environment
- You're highly organized and capable of managing multiple roles at once
- You're comfortable interviewing candidates at all levels and making tough calls
- You're resourceful in sourcing talent across platforms and channels
- You thrive in high-growth environments where speed and precision matter
- You enjoy building systems, not just filling roles
