What Youll Do
- Own the complete recruitment lifecycle — from vacancy identification to onboarding and evaluation period management
- Source top-tier candidates across multiple platforms, networks, and communities, going beyond active job boards
- Lead all interview stages, including preliminary phone screens, topgrading interviews, and final challenge walkthroughs
- Design, administer, and evaluate role-specific challenge tests that assess real-world competencies
- Collaborate with department leads to deeply understand role requirements and cultural fit
- Track candidate progress, maintain organized pipelines, and ensure a smooth experience from start to finish
- Monitor evaluation period performance and make data-driven hire/fire recommendations
- Partner with leadership on workforce planning, capacity forecasting, and hiring prioritization
- Analyze recruitment metrics to identify bottlenecks, quality issues, and process improvements
Who You Are
- You have 4+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally within fast-paced agencies or startups
- You’re strategic, analytical, and obsessive about finding the right people — not just filling roles
- You can assess both skill and mindset, spotting red flags others might miss
- You have exceptional communication skills and can represent the Valiant brand with professionalism and clarity
- You thrive under pressure and are energized by speed, autonomy, and high standards
- You’re organized, disciplined, and detail-oriented, managing multiple pipelines simultaneously
- You take ownership of hiring outcomes and make decisions based on evidence, not emotion

- Familiarity with Monday.com, Discord, and other recruitment workflow tools
- Experience creating or managing candidate challenges or technical assessments
- Understanding of workforce capacity planning or recruitment analytics
What Success Looks Like
Within 30 days: You’ve mastered Valiant’s recruitment systems, hiring standards, and pipeline structure — and are running complete cycles independently
Within 60 days: You’ve built strong candidate pipelines for active roles and improved time-to-fill across departments
Within 90 days: You’re consistently delivering top-tier hires with a 90%+ evaluation success rate and playing a key role in scaling Valiant’s team
