Benefits

Compensation: $36,000–$60,000 USD annual base salary with total on-target earnings up to $90,000 in your first year

Team Offsites: Every few months, we set sail to a new destination for three days of strategic planning, meaningful conversations, and unforgettable adventures

What Youll Do

  • Build authentic relationships with diverse finance clients, from prop firms and brokerages to trading platforms and SaaS startups
  • Lead weekly client calls where you'll review performance across their entire marketing ecosystem
  • Translate complex marketing data into clear, actionable business recommendations
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure organic, paid, email, and funnel strategies are aligned
  • Be available when clients need you, even outside standard 9–5 hours
  • Proactively identify upsell opportunities and pitch new services based on client needs
  • Win back lost clients by maintaining warm relationships and timing outreach with the right pitch
  • Spot hidden opportunities across marketing channels that could accelerate growth

Who You Are

  • You have 2+ years of experience creating paid advertising graphics
  • You're proficient in design software like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Canva
  • You understand conversion-focused design principles and what drives clicks
  • You can create compelling visuals that work within platform advertising guidelines
  • You're detail-oriented and consistently deliver high-quality, on-brand designs
  • You can work quickly and efficiently to meet campaign deadlines
  • You understand how design impacts ad performance and conversion rates

  • You're passionate about performance marketing and understand how design drives results
  • You can balance creativity with conversion optimization
  • You're comfortable working with compliance requirements for regulated industries
  • You're data-driven and can iterate designs based on performance feedback
  • You take ownership of your designs and want to see measurable results

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with paid advertising design for iGaming or finance brands
  • Understanding of A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
  • Basic motion graphics or video editing skills
  • Experience with landing page design

What Success Looks Like

Within 30 days: You're consistently delivering ad creatives that align with brand guidelines and get approved by both clients and ad platforms

Within 60 days: Your designs are driving improved click-through rates and conversions across multiple client campaigns

Within 90 days: You're creating high-performing ad creatives that contribute to significant ROI improvements for client accounts
