What Youll Do

• Write compelling scripts for short-form video content across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts for finance and trading clients
• Develop content strategies that drive engagement and conversions for prop firms, brokerages, and trading platforms
• Create viral-worthy concepts that resonate with traders and finance audiences
• Collaborate with video editors and account managers to ensure content aligns with client goals
• Analyze content performance and iterate on scripts based on data insights
• Stay current with social media trends and platform algorithm changes
• Manage content calendars and ensure consistent posting schedules
• Write engaging captions and calls-to-action that drive traffic and conversions

Who You Are

• You have 3+ years of experience creating social media content, preferably for finance or trading brands
• You understand trading culture and can speak authentically to traders and finance audiences
• You're fluent in social media platforms and understand what drives engagement on each
• You have a track record of creating viral or high-performing content
• You understand compliance requirements for financial advertising
• You're creative, adaptable, and can work quickly in a fast-paced environment
• You communicate clearly and can take feedback constructively

What Success Looks Like

Within 30 days: You're consistently creating scripts that get approved on first submission and understanding each client's brand voice

Within 60 days: Your content is driving measurable increases in engagement and traffic for client accounts

Within 90 days: You've created multiple viral pieces of content and are contributing to significant growth in client social media metrics
