• Compensation: $12,000–$22,000 USD annual starting salary (part-time, 15-20 videos/month)

What Youll Do

• Create 15-20 trading and finance focused videos monthly from provided scripts
• Deliver energetic, authentic content that resonates with traders and finance audiences
• Upload raw footage to Google Drive for our editing team
• Implement feedback and revisions from social media managers
• Coordinate with video editors and account managers
• Maintain consistent energy and authenticity across all content
• Adapt delivery style based on different client brand requirements

Who You Are

• You have personal trading or investing experience
• You understand trading terminology, concepts, and market culture
• You have a United States accent and are over 18 years old
• You're energetic and engaging on camera
• You're a team player with strong communication skills
• You're fluent in English and comfortable with scripts
• You can deliver authentic, trustworthy content for regulated industries

• You're genuinely passionate about trading and finance
• You have natural on-camera presence and charisma
• You can take direction well and implement feedback quickly
• You understand what resonates with trading and finance audiences
• You're comfortable with the fast-paced nature of content creation

Nice-to-haves

• Experience creating trading or finance content
• Understanding of social media algorithms and engagement metrics
• Audio/video editing experience
• Experience with social media management tools
• Background in digital marketing or related field

What Success Looks Like

• Within 30 days: You're consistently delivering high-quality videos that capture authentic trading enthusiasm and get approved without major revisions
• Within 60 days: Your videos are driving strong engagement rates and contributing to client social media growth
• Within 90 days: You've become a trusted spokesperson for multiple finance clients and are contributing to measurable increases in brand awareness and conversions**
• You understand trading or finance, either through professional experience or personal usage of platforms like brokerages, trading apps, or prop firms
• You understand performance marketing: CAC, LTV, CRO, paid media, lifecycle, and how they connect
• You're confident leading conversations with founders and CMOs without hiding behind jargon
• You're personable, savvy, and naturally build trust with high-level clients
• You're quick with data and skilled at turning it into smart recommendations
• You thrive in fast-moving, high-performance environments without needing a playbook

• Existing network within the trading or finance ecosystem
