Benefits

Compensation: $72,000–$90,000 USD annual starting salary with total on-target earnings up to $150,000 in your first year, tied directly to client performance

What Youll Do

• Own and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, X, and TikTok
• Manage budgets, performance metrics, and full-funnel strategy
• Lead creative direction and deliver clear briefs for ad scripts and visuals
• Run structured testing and use data to scale what works
• Ensure tracking, attribution, and compliance are on point
• Collaborate cross-functionally with strategists, creatives, and account managers
• Stay sharp on platform updates, trends, and performance benchmarks
• Mentor junior media buyers and set the standard for campaign excellence

Who You Are

• You're the type who loves to grind, outworks everyone, and wants to make serious money
• You've built or helped scale businesses, and you're never satisfied with the status quo
• Native English speaker from a primary English-speaking country
• Proven success managing multiple high-budget ad accounts with real results
• Deep experience on Meta, Google Ads, and ideally TikTok & X
• Skilled at scaling campaigns and hitting CPA, ROAS, and LTV targets
• Strong analytical instincts (you turn data into action)
• Understands compliance, especially in iGaming & finance
• Moves fast, takes initiative, and owns outcomes
• Communicates clearly and works well with direct feedback

Within 30 days: You've reviewed all strategy docs, fully understand each client's funnel, and are actively producing high-quality creative briefs

Within 60 days: You're launching and optimizing campaigns, testing new angles, and beginning to scale performance

Within 90 days: You're fully ramped, leading top accounts, and driving record-setting results
