Benefits

Compensation: $72,000–$95,000 USD annual starting salary with total on-target earnings up to $140,000 in your first year, tied directly to client performance

Team Offsites: Every few months, we set sail to a new destination for three days of strategic planning, meaningful conversations, and unforgettable adventures

What Youll Do

• Lead project management across 40+ iGaming and finance accounts
• Manage and keep accountable multiple teams of specialists across creative, copy, paid, email, and funnel development
• Allocate workloads strategically to maximize performance and ensure seamless client delivery
• Run daily operations with precision, making sure deadlines are hit and nothing slips through the cracks
• Collaborate with senior leadership to refine processes that scale in a fast-paced environment
• Track and analyze performance metrics, ensuring delivery meets the highest standards
• Facilitate coordination between account managers, service teams, and clients
• Own quality assurance across everything your pods produce, where typos, broken links, or mediocre strategies are unacceptable
• Take complete responsibility for your teams' output, growth, and development
• Build and optimize operational systems that support rapid scaling

Who You Are

• You've managed large teams and complex projects in a marketing agency or high-performance services environment
• You're adaptable and you're not someone who needs everything to be figured out already to thrive. You can build your own structure where needed and adapt to existing systems
• You've worked hands-on with marketing campaigns (social, email, paid, funnels) and understand how they're executed
• Tech-savvy and fluent in the tools that keep operations efficient
• Obsessed with excellence and not satisfied with "good enough"
• Think like an owner and take full accountability for outcomes
• Thrive under pressure and move with urgency when stakes are high
• Lead from the front, setting the standard your teams follow

What Success Looks Like

Within 30 days: You've taken ownership of team operations, fully onboarded to all clients across your pods, and become the dependable backbone for account managers and team members

Within 60 days: You've optimized workflows, your pods are exceeding benchmarks, and clients are noticing the elevated delivery

Within 90 days: You've built scalable systems that deliver consistent excellence, and your pods are operating at a level that sets new standards inside the agency
