What Youll Do

• Edit short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
• Create engaging videos from provided scripts and raw footage for iGaming and finance clients
• Add graphics, text overlays, and effects that enhance viewer engagement
• Curate and integrate stock footage, music, and sound effects
• Collaborate with scriptwriters and account managers to ensure content meets client goals
• Optimize videos for platform-specific requirements and best practices
• Coordinate with other video editors to maintain consistent quality standards
• Publish finished videos to client social media channels

Who You Are

• You have 3+ years of experience editing video content, particularly for social media
• You're proficient in editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut
• You understand what makes content engaging on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
• You have experience creating short-form content that drives views and engagement
• You understand social media algorithms and how to optimize for viewer retention
• You can work quickly and efficiently while maintaining high quality
• You're fluent in English and can write or adjust captions and scripts

What Success Looks Like

Within 30 days: You're consistently delivering videos that meet client brand standards and get approved without major revisions

Within 60 days: Your videos are driving increased engagement and view counts across client social media accounts

Within 90 days: You're creating viral-worthy content that contributes to significant growth in follower count and engagement metrics
